I had an issue with the pendant that the little insert had fallen out and I just realized this week when I went to change her collar and it was gone and I looked everywhere in the house everywhere in the yard. My dog is a service dog and she doesn't play rough so I'm not sure what happened to it. So I reached out and Joey helped me and apologized and sent out a new pendant right away. I am so happy with the customer service here. I love for life and it gives me peace of mind that I never have to worry for a whole year about fleas and ticks. I also don't have to worry about the chemicals I have to put on my dogs because it is natural. That is what I love about it. Thank you.

Bought the dog collar. Was hoping this would be a safer and healthier way to protect our dog. Well after 2-3 weeks having him wear it 24/7 we noticed a lot of iching and found 4 ticks "after one outing" very close to this collar? This collar would probably work here in Michigan during the winter months but during tick season Not so Much. I threw collar away and went back to chemicals (yuck). So don't waste your money on this. Furlife did give me a partial refund. Which was honable. Thanks Mike

I had received the wrong item, so I reached out to customer service as soon as I had opened my order. They got back to me in a timely manner, and offered to ship me the correct item at no additional cost to me. They even stated that I could keep the incorrect item so that I did not have to go through the trouble of sending it back. They were very kind and wanted to make sure we were happy as customers. Julie was the one who helped me, and she was very nice and made sure to make any mistakes right on their end to ensure happy and satisfied customers.
