After my purchase, I realized I didn't have the money in my account to make the purchase. I quickly emailed FurLife to let them know and asked for an immediate cancelation. My wish was granted immediately and JeAnne was awesome. I will definitely purchase as soon as I can.

Love this product it smells lovely my animals aren't bothered by it and you can smell it through the house

Does not work. Our dogs have gotten the same amount of ticks as without Furlife. This might work for dogs in town but does NOT work for dogs who are constantly in thick grass, brush, and water.

I received the FurLife flea and tick collar charm relatively quickly. Ordering was simple and easy right online. When I followed up to ask a question, Julie was friendly, helpful, and quick to reply on multiple occasions. Very nostalgic of a time gone by when Customer service was king.
