Great company and Julia went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend them. I was at my Veterinarians office and was telling my Vet and her assistant about Furlife and they agreed with me even the assistant pulled Furlife up on her phone and said she was going to order it for her dogs. A couple of people in the waiting room was interested in it also.

I had an issue with a product I had just ordered in April for my dog, the inside had ruptured and the essential oils got everywhere. Hi My name is Laura Holley. I saw this product on Facebook and decided to give it a try. When I received the package, I accidentally cut the attachment loop with the scissor while opening it. I thought I would reach out to customer support and see if they could help. I sent a picture of the damaged flea repellent collar attachment. Patrick was the best!! Without hesitation he mailed me a replacement!! Thank you so much! I love this all natural flea and tic repellent!!! I highly recommend it!!
