Julia was very helpful. My pendant seemed to have lost the oils somehow after a week, don’t know why though. But, she promptly sent me a new one for my boy Zeus!! Can’t rate the pendant yet but she was great to deal with. Thank you so much Julia! 😊

My issue was addressed immediately and Julia was so helpful and prompt with the emails back and forth. The situation was resolved within 2 days (over the weekend too). It's a pleasure to know that there are companies out there that stand behind their products. My 1 yr. old Morkie (long hair) has not had an issue with ticks or fleas since she's been wearing her FurLife pendant compared to her sister (different household) who has ticks removed from her often and who takes the chemical monthly chewable that kills fleas/ticks after they bite her. I would prefer the natural way and not have to put chemicals into my dog. Thank you Julia and FurLife.

Furlife has been quick to respond to my questions and issue with the collar attachment not fitting my dog's collars. They have been amazing to work with and did their absolute best to accommodate. I am looking forward to working with them every year to keep control of ticks and fleas on my furbabies!!!

Thank you for your feedback—and we're really glad to hear that you love the product! That means a lot to us. That said, we completely understand your frustration with the shipping delays. Two weeks is longer than it should take, and we apologize for the inconvenience. While occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues or high order volumes, it's clear that we need to improve the consistency and speed of our fulfillment process. Please know that we’re actively working with our shipping partners to reduce delivery times and ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner. If you ever experience another delay or need help tracking your order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at [email protected]—we’re here to help. Thanks again for your honest feedback and for being a loyal customer.

I looked at the spray for my dogs carefully as I don't use collars on them and Julia was extremely helpful and responsive. I missed the coupon prior to my initial order and she was able to credit it back to my account. Now that's customer service!

I have bought 4 pendants--this last round one came in damaged -I took pics of the damaged item and email and requested a new one--they immediately advised another one was on the way. I appreciate the quick response and polite service. Each time my experience has been very good--I have 3 dogs 1 cat-- I am hoping for the best with the pendants--so far so good.

I have 2 dogs, we live in WV. Lots of ticks and fleas even though we do keep our cabin mowed - this is the first year we have tried Furlife. Our family relies on natural remedies and prefer a more [legal] herbal approach on meds so when I found out about Furlife I was anxious to try! Previously we have used the chemical collars, body drops and injestable pills the dogs would chew up - but Furlife is different! Its herbal! Bery pleasant scent and we have been using Furlife on both our dogs for about 2 months now. Dogs are not adverse to the mild herbally scent (its stronger when “new” but not unpleasant- kinda florally, nice) the scent dissipates so not as obvious, but works all the same! Dogs are not it hing and we have yet to find 1 flea or tick!!!
