I love these products because they are safe for my babies. I lost a baby to one of the chemical products and i said never again. Since using these products we have not seen a flea or tick and my babies are protected.

I bought 5 collars, 2 dogs, 3 cats. Its been 2 weeks and still no change with the fleas. After spending so much money because the reviews were so good I must tell THE TRUTH. These collars are NOT WORKING.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're sorry to hear that you're not seeing the results you were hoping for. We want to clarify that our collars are designed as preventative tools, not treatments for active flea infestations. If your pets are already dealing with a significant flea problem, we strongly recommend using a fast-acting flea treatment first—either from your veterinarian or an over-the-counter option—to eliminate the existing fleas before using our collars to help prevent re-infestation. We understand how frustrating it can be to invest in a product and not see immediate results, especially across multiple pets. Please know that our goal is to provide safe, natural protection, and we’re committed to helping you find the right approach for your situation. If you'd like personalized support or guidance on how to best use our collars in combination with other treatments, feel free to contact us at [email protected]. We're here to help and want to ensure you and your pets get the best possible care.

Unfortunately I believe this is the second year I bought these flea and tick collars for my dogs and the second year they did not work. I am all for using natural products where possible to keep my pets healthy, but the fact that I still have to pick ticks off of my dogs daily means these do not work as advertised. Here's to hoping I remember next year that these collars are not effective so I do not waste my money again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're truly sorry to hear that the collars haven’t met your expectations—especially after giving them another try this year. Our collars are made with 100% natural ingredients and are intended to act as a preventative measure against fleas and ticks. However, in areas with high tick populations or for dogs who spend a lot of time outdoors, additional protection may sometimes be necessary. While our collars work well for many pet owners, we understand they may not be effective in every environment or for every pet. We appreciate your commitment to using natural solutions and understand how frustrating it is when a product doesn’t deliver the results you hoped for. If you'd like to explore ways to improve protection or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. We're here to help and support you and your dogs in any way we can.

I got confused when ordering. My account has not been fixed yet but will be I assume. My email was answered quickly. Everything was explained to me. This is the second or third time ordering from furlife. I like the product. Works well.

Furlife offers a product that actually works for flea and ticks. They also have the best customer service I have ever experienced. I accidentally cut through the rubber piece that holds the pendant onto a dog's collar when I was opening the package and they sent me a new one free of charge. Then I ordered the wrong thing from them somehow and they made it good for me. Julia was my support agent. It's just outstanding customer service. Thank you Julia. you are a credit to your profession.
