Not a good product. We are now dealing with a terrible flea issue because FUR LIFE DID NOT REPEL like they advertised.

My second purchase of Fur life flea collars, for our dogs. We love them. No more chemicals on them. Price is so much lower than other flea collars. I'm happy its not toxic. They have not had a flea or tick since wearing them. Best investment for us all.

Julia was a great assistance to me. I happen to notice that my address was incorrect on my order and would’ve went to another location. I was able to send a message and she was right on the ball.

I have used this product for several years and have been pleasantly impressed with its effectiveness. I recently bought two and my dog chewed one of the collars up, so I contacted the company to ask for support. Julia from customer service responded and advised me they were sending me a new one. We had just purchased your pendant and were excited to use because of its natural ingredients. I was happy with the results for the short period of time before our dog was hit by a car and the pendant was damaged in the accident and was no longer usable. I reached out to see if it was possible to get a replacement because we have already spent around $8,000 on medical bills for our dog and this was just an added expense. I was informed that FurLife was happy to help and send a replacement. This gives me confidence that companies care and are willing to help in time of need!

We had an issue with one of the collar pendants we purchased. I explained the problem, sent some photos as requested and within an hour there was a shipment sent to take care of the problem. JeAnne was very helpful and made it problem disappear with no stress!

It’s my first time ordering a product from them for the natural flee source. But I accidentally cut straight through the product, not realizing that it was a soft material inside which seems like it’ll work really well for the collar and comfort. I shared my feedback with the company mainly just so that they could put a warning on it, not expecting anything, but they graciously offered to send a new one have to say my experience as far has been really good Thank you to Julia from FurLife.
