The representative listened and fixed my problem

Typical online retail company, ordered the collar and the chews. my little guy is a 9 pound Chorki and less then 1/2 hour of him wearing the Citronella Collar he experienced breathing spasms. removed it he cleared up and moved on to the Chews, again causing head shaking and dragging his bottom along carpet, things he has never done. Not exactly sure this stuff is 100 percent safe or where it is manufactured but not for my little!

I made a mistake and accidentally sent our order to the wrong address. I sent and email and got a response back almost immediately. They updated it with no issues! Will definitely be ordering from them again. Julia was amazing at fixing it and so friendly and kind.

I just received my order and it’s been a few days and I haven’t found any fleas or ticks on my dog. It’s easy to attach to your dogs collar. I also want to recognize the awesome customer service I received from Julia and Roy. I had an issue with the delivery of my order and they responded promptly to rectify the situation.
