Everyone I spoke to, JeAnne, Joey and Patrick, were very helpful when I needed a replacement collar. They were quick to respond and it was an easy fix. I love the collars, and so do my dogs. No harmful chemicals for my girls!

I have only had these for a short time, so far we are good.

Placed collar on my 40# dog 5/16/2025. Smell was so extreme I couldnt be next to my dog. Figured I'd give it a little time for the odor to lighten up. Beyond my own issues I couldn't do this to my dog. He scratched hard trying to get the collar off, to get the smell away from him. I removed it and I'll have to write this off as a bad decision and $ down the toilet. Don't do this to the dog you love.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry to hear that the collar caused discomfort for both you and your dog. The strong scent you noticed comes from natural oils used in the collar’s formula—designed to be effective and safe—but we fully understand that some dogs (and their humans) can be more sensitive to strong smells, especially right out of the package. We typically recommend airing the collar out for a few days before use to help reduce the initial intensity of the scent. However, based on your description, it’s clear that even that may not have been enough in your situation, and we completely respect your decision to remove it. If you ever have questions or need help selecting a different product that might be a better fit, we’re here to help. Thank you again for your honest feedback, and we hope you and your pup find a solution that works comfortably for both of you.

I bought the collar for my cat and it just isn't doing it. I was petting her today after being bathed two days ago and she still has fleas. She has been wearing the collar for a few weeks now too. Its disappointing. I was hoping the more natural route would have worked out the best.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re really sorry to hear that the collar hasn’t provided the results you were hoping for. We completely understand how disappointing it is to choose a more natural option—especially with the intention of protecting your cat in a gentler way—and not see the effectiveness you expected. While our collars are made with 100% natural ingredients and are designed to offer ongoing protection, their performance can vary depending on the severity of the flea issue and your pet’s individual environment. Since it sounds like your cat is still struggling with fleas despite consistent use, we agree this product may not be the right fit for her. We want you to know that your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ve issued a full refund for your purchase, no return needed. We truly appreciate you giving our product a try and hope you’ll consider us again in the future. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]—we’re always here to help.

I had questions on how to put the pod on the collar. Joan was a great help and explained how it stretches and fits most collars. Thank you Joan! Thank you for responding to me so quickly.

I bought 12- yes 12 collars for my sister-in-law’s 12 dogs. She had a terrible flee infestation this past summer. Got her the collars to see if it would work. I knew it would cause it worked for my 2 fur babies. WELL… she loves them and she said the dogs are doing great. I believe she is saving up to get the 1 yr. Tags when the 8 months is up. Thank you FurLife for working with me on the small order issue as well. Y’all are top notch and I will be a FurLife customer fur life!!!! I believe my sister- in-law will be too!
