Don't trust these collars to protect your beloved dog.
I bought this collar for my dog at the end of March to be sure I'd be ahead of warmer weather which brings the ticks out. I put it on as soon as I received it. It's been over two months now that he's been wearing it and I have pulled numerous ticks off of him...they were attached and sucking blood. I took him to the vet yesterday and had him tested for Lyme and Anaplasmosis and he tested positive for both! These collars definitely do not work and as much as I don't like using chemicals I put the Seresto collar on him today. I'd rather take my chances with the chemicals than have my dog suffer from Lyme and Anaplasmosis diseases. There's probably a reason they only give you one month to refund your money. Don't waste your time, money or dog's health with these collars. Edit: I received their generic response to my review. Not sure why their website states "you no longer need to worry about these problems once and for all." They are referring to ticks and the diseases they carry. Seems like false advertising to me. If they are so sure why do work, why do they only give you a month to return if it doesn't work? Also if you read their reviews and scroll down to the end, you see their disclaimer that the reviews that are given could have "received free products or compensation in exchange for their honest review." Yeah sounds legit to me...NOT! Trust me they do not work.
