I got these collars for my 3 heelers in grey. I'v had them on them for a week. I'm not gonna say they don't work but in 2 days I've pulled 3 ticks off them right by the collar. 2 on one dog and 1 on the other. Which shocked me because they are supposed to keep them off. Now in the collars defense 1 did not move when I pulled it off and the other was barely moving one dog. But the one I pulled off the other dog was alive and juicy. I would not recommend these because all three still have flees..

Our collars are made with natural ingredients and are designed for preventative protection, but they may not be strong enough on their own to combat an existing infestation. This is especially true in outdoor or high-exposure environments, or with breeds like heelers that are very active and often outdoors. In some cases, ticks may come into contact with the collar area and still latch briefly before the active ingredients take effect. It's encouraging that two of the ticks were already dying or inactive, as that shows the collar was beginning to work, but we understand it’s concerning to still find live pests. As for the fleas, if they were already present, we typically recommend pairing the collar with a natural flea spray for the first few weeks to help clear out the existing infestation while the collar builds up full effectiveness.
