Good product and fantastic customer support.
I really was uncertain about the product when we first purchased them. I knew that I did not like putting chemicals on my kids. We went ahead and purchased four sets and figured they were worth a try in late March. They have been great up, to this date we have not had any issues with fleas or ticks and live on the edge of a woods. We did not have any other issues until approximately a month ago when the liquid bulbs started coming out of the Pendant. I managed to find them and actually got one back in intact. The other two I did not have luck with and the bubble leaked. I contacted customer support and received an email from Julia within a day. I was told to send pictures and briefly explain what issues we had. After doing that on Sunday I received an email the next day stating they were shipping new collars at no cost to me. To be fair, two of my dogs play constantly and I don't think it was all of the pendant's fault. Julia still insisted on sending new items. That is above and beyond good customer service. Thank you Julia we will continue to support your product.
