When ordering my cat a flea collar I didn’t realize there were different colors before ordering so I accidentally ordered a green collar, I emailed the fur life team and Joan was very helpful they have amazing customer support I got a email back and Joan had my green cat flea collar switched out for another color I wanted! Thank you so much Joan and fur life!

I left neutral feedback on the newer collars- I was not pleased at all.They were not meant for very tiny dogs... and much to my surprise , Joan from Furlife reached out and corrected it and is sending us the collars that we got last year that were perfect for my little girls, Thank you sooooo much Joan🩷

Collars are supposed to be good for 8 months. After 6 months i found my dogs infested with fleas. And then they want me to pair it with another product. No thanks! Even with a code these products are too expensive to be buying extra products to get protection. I DO NOT recommend.

While our collars are designed to last up to 8 months, effectiveness can vary depending on factors such as environment, flea pressure, and individual pet response. Natural repellent products are not able to guarantee complete protection in all situations, particularly in areas with ongoing or heavy infestations. We also want to clarify that pairing products is optional, not a requirement. We completely respect your decision not to purchase additional products, and we understand your concern about cost — your feedback on this point is valid and appreciated. If your dogs experienced a flea infestation, discontinuing use and switching to a solution recommended by your veterinarian is the right step. Your pets’ comfort and health should always come first. I am pleased to say once again that Patrick made my experience with furlife absolutely seamless. My last experience with Patrick and Julia was seamless as well. Patrick for the second time was very professional and very prompt with a response, a solution and a replacement product in process within 48 hours.
