Julia and Patrick were awesome. They were extremely professional and very quick to take care of my issue. Their patience and attention to the details I gave them, will keep me coming back to purchase more products. Excellent customer service is so hard to find these days, but that is exactly what I received!!!

I mentioned to Julia about making a pendant for a ferret. I got one from my dog, but ferrets also get fleas and ticks so I thought that would be a challenge. I was told they would pass it on and see what they could do. I recommend your products to everybody at the dog park.
