I made an order and in my order I made a booboo. So I send an email and asked for a correction on the order. I really didn't expect that to happen but Ramon from Customer Service was so wonderful. He fixed everything. He was so helpful

They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have chemical-free flea and tick products for dogs and cats. They explain how each product works and what's in it on their website. I still had questions which were answered promptly,even though it was late evening. When my order arrived one of the products was damaged. I contacted them right away and they are replacing it at no charge.

I had to contact FurLife because one of my dog's tags with the "bubble" in it w/the essential oils in it that repels fleas, etc. was missing. (I even included a picture) Somehow it came out and it was no where to be found. As soon as I contacted FurLife, a customer service rep. Julia helped me and she said that she would have a new one sent out to me right away and I didn't have to return the one missing the "bubble". She was very pleasant and helpful.

I was frustrated at first when I sent in a question and I recieved an immediate response from an AI Customer Agent shutting down my claim. I wrote back, and when I heard from Julia, she was friendly and helpful, and she took care of my request with a human touch - she could reason what I was explaining as only humans can. She honored my request, which helped me receive the black Friday discount. I appreciate Julia's personal touch and customer care!
