I love this product and was ordering a new collar for my dog and as I was checking out I thought I was getting another discount for the collar when in reality I accidently ordered another collar. After receiving an email that my order was being processed, I saw the mistake I made and two of your special people, Ramon and Julia were right there to answer my problem and helped resolved it. I bought two collars. One for my puppy, and one for my kitty. The one for my puppy works very well and I am so happy that its made with all natural ingredients, no chemicals! However, my kitty did get itchy due to the mint. I let them know and they refunded my whole order and said it was a courtesy. They have amazing customer service, very fast to respond, extremely nice, and professional. Im loving the collar effectiveness for my pup ❤️ 🐾
