My pet lost the inner part of the device. I offered to pay 1/2 to get a replacement, but the company told me they would replace no charge. These devices are the best to prevent fleas and ticks. I would recommend this device and company to do business with! Also Julia is the best, very patient!

Prompt reply
Julia gave me a very prompt and helpful response. I especially appreciated this and was actually surprised she responded so quickly, because it was very late at night on Black Friday.

I’ve had a terrible time with this…
I’ve had a terrible time with this product. 1st it was not made clear on my purchase initially that if your dog had an existing problem it wouldn’t do anything at all. That information was somewhere on a FAQ page. When I emailed about getting a refund within 30 days they said I needed to give the product more time to work (aka wait till you can’t return it) and that I would have to purchase a bunch of other products to get rid of the existing fleas. So I got my dogs Bravecto and that fixed the issue. After the issue was resolved it got cold so I’m not sure if the collar even works as prevention. 3 months in my dog lost her pendant in the yard, and two weeks after that my other dog busted his and now wreaks of the oils that were in it… which will just have to wear off because they won’t come out. It ruined his $45 collar. I emailed again and they told me basically the product isn’t good of dogs play rough. It’s unrealistic to expect young dogs to never play. This product unfortunately cannot replace standard tick and flea if you can’t even find a way to keep it on your dog. They offered me a coupon code (the same for Black Friday) so I could go waste more money on their products which I will not be doing.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustration and understand why this has been disappointing for you.
We’d like to clarify a few important points and address your concerns. Our collars are designed as a natural prevention option, and while they can be effective for many dogs, they are not intended to treat existing flea or tick infestations. This information is outlined on our website, including our FAQs, but we understand your feedback that this may not have been clear enough at the time of purchase, and we appreciate you bringing that to our attention.
Regarding the guidance you received from our support team, our intention is never to delay or mislead customers. We typically recommend allowing sufficient time for natural products to work, as their effects can be more gradual compared to chemical treatments. In cases of active infestations, using a veterinary-prescribed solution first, is indeed the correct approach.
We’re also sorry to hear about the issues with the pendants breaking and the oils transferring. While our collars are made with 100% natural oils and are generally safe, they may not be ideal for dogs that play very rough together, as excessive pulling or chewing can compromise the pendant. We completely agree that playful behavior is normal for young dogs, and your feedback highlights an area where expectations and real-life use don’t always align.
As for the strong scent, natural oils can be persistent, and individual dogs (and materials like fabric collars) can absorb them more than expected. If any pet shows discomfort or sensitivity, we always advise discontinuing use immediately.
Your experience is not what we want for any customer, and we genuinely regret that we didn’t meet your expectations. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to review your case more closely and see if there’s a better way we can assist you. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected], and our team will be happy to look into this further.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. It helps us improve our products and communication moving forward.

I purchased a furlife pendant for my dog and noticed that itnwas no longer full. I had purchased it a few months ago and it was meant to last 12 months. I reached out to furlife customer service and Julia was amazing. She helped resolve my problem and I will be receiving a new pendant soon. It was working really well for my senior dog, until the liquid suddenly ran out.
