I was incredibly disappointed when I received an empty container in the mail but when I reached out to FurLife, they immediately offered to make it right. Julia reached out to me the very next day to let me know they were shipping me out my package and that I would be receiving the tracking information shortly. Thank you for being responsive! I look forward to being able to try the pendant out soon.

I purchased a FurLife collar tag for both of my animals. Unfortunately my Catahoula managed to break one side of the pass throughs causing it to just hang from the collar. I reached out to the FurLife team and Julia responded letting me know what I needed to do to show the damage and after reviewing a replacement was offered immediately. Julia was very nice and helpful in all of our communications. Thank you and your team for helping resolve my issue!

I love this product! I was using a big name flea and tick collar that was $$$ for just a few months of protection and it was making my rottie baby have a reaction. I switched to furlife and the irritation went away and the fleas and ticks stayed away! On my 2nd order, my dog went on an adventure and somehow punctured the bubble. Furlife replaced the tag, and all I had to do was send a video showing it was empty! I have found my new prevention device and recommend it for anyone who LOVES their furbaby!
