I purchased five of the 12 months pendants for my five pups. One of the pendants was somehow damaged and I was unable to attach to Daisy’s collar. I had hit “buy now” on my order (by accident) prior to completing my shopping and getting my coupon applied. I left a brief email explaining what had happened. This is how customer service is done! I recently ordered 2 fur life pendants I noticed that one of the pods was empty. How this happened is anyone's guess but hey stuff happens. The important thing to note here is how quickly Julia at fur life responded to rectify the situation. A quick couple emails to describe the issue and she arranged a replacement In short order.
