I purchase the flea/tick and bug pendants for my dog and cat as a natural product was the best way to maintain a healthy chemical free life for them. Julia at furlife support helped me in answering all my questions, I am greatly appreciative in Julia's prompt replies and extensive knowledge.

I bought this thinking it would help with my dog's flea problem, but after checking on her daily, I still keep finding fleas. It seems like the collar isn't doing anything at all. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this product.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the collar did not meet your expectations and that you’re still finding fleas on your dog. Our collars are made with 100% natural ingredients and are designed to help repel fleas, but effectiveness can vary depending on factors such as the level of flea infestation, the surrounding environment, and individual pet sensitivity. In some cases, natural solutions may take time to show results or may not be sufficient on their own when flea pressure is high. Your feedback is important to us, and we’d truly appreciate the opportunity to look into your situation more closely and see how we can assist. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected], and they’ll be happy to review your case and help find a suitable solution. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We’re always working to improve our products and customer experience.

It use to work well for my cats, but I got it a few months back and it's like the ingredients changed, so it no longer works for my pets!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that the collar doesn’t seem to be working the same way it did for your cats in the past, and we understand how disappointing that can be. We’d like to reassure you that there have been no changes to the ingredients or formulation of our collars. They are still made with the same 100% natural ingredients and produced under the same quality standards as before. That said, effectiveness can sometimes vary due to changes in environment, flea pressure, or individual pet sensitivity, which may explain the difference you’re noticing. Your feedback is very important to us, and we’d appreciate the chance to look into your recent order and experience more closely. Please contact our support team at [email protected], and they’ll be happy to review your case and assist further. Thank you for taking the time to let us know. We value your trust and hope we can address your concerns.
