After taking over a month to get delivered. It made my dog very anxious and nervous to the point where she was shaking, like it was messing with her in a neurological way. I took the collar off and within a day she was back to normal. There’s nothing natural about this product. And I do not recommend it.

I have been using furlife tick/ flea tag for the past few years. I was hesitant at first, but it worked great and has continued to work over the years. When I received my new tag, unfortunately it ripped when I was getting on the collar. I have had several and that has never happened. When Patrick at furlife reached out to make sure my order arrived and I was happy with it, I mentioned that it had ripped. He immediately sent me a replacement. The customer service and follow through was terrific and I can’t say enough about the tag itself. Great investment, good for my dog.

I just would like to say that I have used this product for 2 dogs for 2 years. This is one of the great products that worked and I have been thru a lot of products. Reading some of your reviews it seems perhaps that an overhaul of your shipping department might be in order with all the issues. Sorry.
