Customer service and the fur life flea collars are top notch!!..the flea collars are awesome lasts what we found at least a year and are 100% effective!!..prior to using fur life flea and tick collars on our “Isabella” Stsffie who would get at least 5-10 ticks a day!!We put the fur life flea and tick collar on and they immediately stopped!!You will not see them again..it’s been a year on same collar!! You won’t regret this purchase!

I ordered two dog collars and one was too small for my large Bernedoodle so I wanted to exchange it for the collar tag instead. I emailed the support team at FurLife and they were exceptionally quick at replying. JeAnne and Patrick were great to work with even allowing me to keep the collar and sending me info on how to pay the difference for the tag easily. Thanks FurLIfe!

I bought 3 of them for my dogs and it was very disappointed because it didn't work. I kept collar on my dogs for a month and they scratched everyday. And I checked each of my dogs coat and they had fleas. Thus collar doesn't do what they say it does. Had to switch back to Seristo collars. I give this flea collar A High Zero Rating, hands down. Please warning don't waste your money, it don't work.
