I had an issue with incorrect quantities in my order and was worried it wouldn’t be possible to modify or cancel it since many companies don’t allow changes after submission. However, Julia responded incredibly quickly (even on a Sunday) and was able to help resolve everything. Excellent customer service!

Hello, I would like to THANK JULIA for her quick reply to my message. This situation has been heavy on my mind, and as you may be able to tell, it’s after 3:30 in the morning when I’m usually asleep but I can’t. I experienced a problem when purchasing my FurLife collars on line. I received a response almost immediately from Patrick. He corrected the issue immediately and now the collars are on the way! I am purchasing for the second year. When I received the first collar last year, I was skeptical, but my 5 year old Pugzu never had a problem. I picked him up from the shelter with fleas. Not surprised being a rescue and riding with many other dogs up from Alabama. I gave hijm a flea bath, put the collar on and had no problems after that. Thank you for your product and your prompt response to my new order.
