First, these collars are legit! Second, I placed an order that happened to get lost in transit. I contacted the company and within minutes, Julia, responded with an explanation and resolution that was very much appreciated. She immediately offered an apology and sent out a replacement. I appreciate all her help and I will be continuing to use this amazing company and give props to the company for hiring such quality and helpful customer support employees.

Updated review: in the world of Amazon prime, the order took a while to receive, like 10 days or so, which is absolutely fine. My dogs have been wearing the collars for a few weeks now with no issues. I had a small issue with my order and Julia in the customer service team responded within an hour with a complete resolution. Trust is hard to come by online, and they are quickly gaining mine! I can’t wait for the products to arrive and keep my fur babies tick free this summer!

made a mistake and ordered the 12 month pendant for cats! I meant to order it for my dog. I realized this right away and replied on the link provided. I didn't think that FurLife would really read my message! To my surprise, Joey at FurLife responded and was able to fix my order! Easy peasy!
