I’ve just started using the cream. What I noticed right away is how pleasant it is to apply — it spreads easily, absorbs well, and doesn’t leave any residue. The effect lasts for hours; my skin feels hydrated and well nourished.

I’m only giving a 4 at the moment as I have only been using it for a couple of weeks. I love the texture and the fact that’s it does t have an overpowering smell. My arms are looking better so I’m sure the score will raise as time goes on

You changed the formula. The original product was amazing. Unlike it, the new formula does not absorb well and stays sticky all day, yet somehow does not moisturize all day. The new formula, unlike the original, irritates my eczema slightly, and does is not nearly as effective in smoothing out crepey skin. Finally, the new formula obviously has eliminated the coconut oil which has its own benefits, and helps with absorption. The new product smells vaguely toxic rather than fresh and clean. I will not be ordering again. I’m still debating whether to return the product I have. Very disappointing, as I had finally found something that I was really happy about using. Now I have to start all over

Pessima esperienza. Mi hanno addebitato un abbonamento automatico mensile di euro 62,68, senza che lo avessi autorizzato. Le creme del 1° ordine del 13 marzo '26 erano avariate, emanavano un forte odore chimico, come petrolio, chiaramente andate a male. Le creme che sono arrivate successivamente il 9 aprile e il 7 maggio sono di qualità infima: sembrano idratare mentre si mettono e poi non hanno alcun effetto idratante, neanche se spalmate in dosi massicce. Il servizio clienti non rimborsa niente e non si assume nessuna responsabilità. NON ACQUISTATE DA LORO.
