I like this firming oil. I am not sure it works like all the reviews say. I do like the scent and it goes on very nicely and doesn't feel sticky. I am still not sure it's really taking care of my crepey skin, especially on my arms.

I'm very unhappy that a subscription was inadvertently set up on my order. I thought I was making a one-off purchase but apparently missed a tick box on check-out. I consider this a very sneaky trick and probably won't use this company again. I don't know if the product is working for me so I'm no longer interested.

Shocking customer service...ordered items but the courier left it on my doorstep instead of with a neighbour or safe place. Package wasn't there when I got home .Emailed customer service 3 times and they keep fobbing me off . Shocking 😲 Now I get a decent response only after leaving a review it shouldn't have taken me leaving this to get a conclusion to my complaint...do better!

Have only been using it a bit over a week so no major change at present. My skin feels moisturised and looks okay. The price tag is slightly higher than others that feel similar. I will not make a definite decision until I have finished the jar. Will probably try and find similar product that is Australian made.

As with several others I took had an issue with subscription. I definitely didn't subscribe and then the email was received stating my order was on its way. I emailed them saying I hadn't subscribed but it was sent and they offered a substantial discount due to the order already having been processed. BE CAREFUL when placing any order

The product is excellent. Unfortunately, when you order, you’re apparently automatically enrolled in a subscription. There was no notification of the subscription at the time of the initial order, but since they had my credit card on file, I was automatically charged when the “renewal” was processed. The first time I ordered, I received a foreign transaction fee and determined that the company must be headquartered in China. So when I received this “renewal order” notification and was unable to cancel the subscription that I never agreed to from the website, I wrote to the company at the email address they provided. That email was returned as undeliverable. I messaged the company through the website, and they did respond. I’ve been notified that a refund is being processed. I don’t know if the prompt response is due to the fact that I already initiated a dispute with my credit card company. The product is effective, but the business tactics are repulsive. If I do choose to get more of the product, I will probably order through Amazon. Jeff Bezos is a jerk, but Amazon’s customer service is reliable. And the price is just as good if not better on Amazon.
