Wish I had read other reviews. Within minutes of being informed my order was being processed I contacted them cancelling order as I hadn’t ordered and asking for refund. Again it said I had a subscription in place something I honestly cannot remember agreeing to. Although the first email stated cream hadn’t yet been sent, now email stated it’s ready on way. I am very frustrated by this. After 6 emails I have stopped subscription even tho they state cannot stop order. Not a good way to do business.

Ordered eye cream and body oil, can't really see any difference against other creams I use but they're nice enough. However most annoying point is that I was subscribed and I was extremely careful to ensure I was opted out, but it appears this was overridden and I find an email this morning telling me my order is on its way! This is a totally unacceptable and as I hate this kind of underhanded behaviour I will not use them again. It has taken me some time to find out how to unsubscribe, and even then It's not clear on their site, but luckily I did receive a confirmation email, let's hope that's the end of it!

I have contacted this CELLU company in regards to the "automatic' 4 weeks subscription - which i did not sign or gave me approval to. After several failed mails- i was able to locate customer service- As expected with those surreptitious companies who sneakily put a tiny subscription thingy as you buy the product not suspecting what you are letting yourself into- As expected i was subscribed WITHOUT my consent to this subscription- If the product is 100dollars- you can expect them to get into your account and take another 100 dollars the next month- They wer prompt to remove it once i told them i am putting this exp on Trust Pilot.

I tried to cancel the order one and a half minutes after ordering, it was a mistake. They didn't respond until 18 hours later at almost 1 am. Said too late, already on the way... I don't believe that. I tried to get them to send me return shipping labels, they said no, I'd have to pay to send back. They said don't worry, we cancelled your subscription, but I didn't sign up for a subscription. In Shop, it clearly said, one time purchase. But when I tried to cancel, now it keeps saying I'm getting it every 4 weeks. I've had to call my bank and block them. Terrible customer service. Sketchy company. Do not buy.

Product not working on me

Well - I’m still waiting for the miraculous change in my arms - I’m now onto the second pot - week 3 - no change

Still not seen any improvement in my skin after consistent use

I have been using it for about three weeks. I have no results at all, but maybe I have to give it more time , so please hold on on my next shipment and I get back to you in another three weeks and if I really like it, I wanna continue otherwise I wanna cancel. Thank you, Aurelia.
