DO NOT BUY. They are a scam. Impossible to obtain a refund. Their patronising and repetitive chat gpt customer service responses are unhelpful and leave me stuck in a loop of trying to reach a resolution. What a joke!

Was automatically signed up for a subscription I didn’t want. Received no notification of this in my order confirmation, and no prior warning that money was going to be taken from my account the next month to give me a chance to cancel. Emailed company who said they would escalate and cancel, this didn’t happen. Very poor.

Eye cream is lovely and soft.

Have only been using it a bit over a week so no major change at present. My skin feels moisturised and looks okay. The price tag is slightly higher than others that feel similar. I will not make a definite decision until I have finished the jar. Will probably try and find similar product that is Australian made.

Just took a little longer to receive than I anticipated. But I really love the product.

I emailed Cellu with a query and they responded almost immediately and gave me the answer I was looking for, so much better than a chat box like what companies usually use these days.

As with several others I took had an issue with subscription. I definitely didn't subscribe and then the email was received stating my order was on its way. I emailed them saying I hadn't subscribed but it was sent and they offered a substantial discount due to the order already having been processed. BE CAREFUL when placing any order
