This company is horrible. They keep billing me even though they wrote me an email to tell me that they had, indeed, cancelled by subscription as I had requested. Yesterday I got billed again. Be very careful unless you want to be swept up in a continuous loop. I will never do business with them again!

Shocking customer service...ordered items but the courier left it on my doorstep instead of with a neighbour or safe place. Package wasn't there when I got home .Emailed customer service 3 times and they keep fobbing me off . Shocking 😲 Now I get a decent response only after leaving a review it shouldn't have taken me leaving this to get a conclusion to my complaint...do better!

I ordered the Overnight Firming Oil, so I will start with the product. It is extremely cheap oil, (more like vegetable oil) it isn't lightweight, does not absorb and smells really bad. The packaging and plastic bottle is really poor quality and cheap looking and does not resemble what is being advertised on the website. Next the service. As other reviewers have mentioned, I had no idea I had signed up to a subscription service. Shortly after my first purchase the company had taken money from my bank. It was a nightmare trying to cancel the subscription, but I did eventually and emailed Cellu requesting a refund as I obviously did not want any further products. On the 30th September, I received a computer generated reply to my email acknowledging that my subscription had been cancelled and my query had been sent to the relevant department who could process my refund. Over 2 weeks later I received another bottle of oil!! I emailed Cellu requesting a refund and prepaid label to return the item. We have emailed back and forth for days, they initially offered me a partial refund of 25% which I declined, stating I did not want to keep the product at any price, I was then offered a 50% partial refund. Again I declined and asked for a full refund. I respectfully reminded them that this was their error as I had cancelled the subscription in good time (attached their original reply) but they still dispatched the product. They then replied, providing me with a return address in CHINA!!! Telling me that I would be required to pay the postage, I am to provide them with a tracking number, they claim it could take 2-3 weeks to arrive and then the item will be inspected and they will decide if I'm getting a refund 10 days later..... Or I can take the partial refund! Obviously this is a tactic to make me give up and cut my loses rather than spend more money. All these 3-5 star reviews must be fake because this is all an absolute scam. Interesting that you can't leave a review on the Cellu website or even on their Facebook/Instagram page!

Wish I had read other reviews. Within minutes of being informed my order was being processed I contacted them cancelling order as I hadn’t ordered and asking for refund. Again it said I had a subscription in place something I honestly cannot remember agreeing to. Although the first email stated cream hadn’t yet been sent, now email stated it’s ready on way. I am very frustrated by this. After 6 emails I have stopped subscription even tho they state cannot stop order. Not a good way to do business.

The overnight firming oil is DIVINE apart from the fact it's working on the crepey skin it smells DIVINE . LOVE LOVE .
