The firming oil smelled AWFUL, so strong of rose fragrance and I can only use fragrance free product. It was also not lightweight and didn't absorb. The smell makes me nauseous and lingers forever. Don't buy! In fact the FAQ on the website says "Subtle warm, nutty, with a hint of vanilla. From natural macadamia, rosehip, and a touch of vanilla extract. The scent is soft and never overpowering. It blends with most perfumes or wears beautifully on its own." I was unaware this company billing would charge me from outside of the US, incurring foreign transaction fee. if I'd know I'd use a different credit card. Also having issues figuring out how to cancel a subscription. Wouldn't bother with this company again.

I would love to give this company a minus 10 but cant do so. This company are selling goods that are substand, their refund policy is not adhered to by the company, they will NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. This is an out and out scam. Please don't buy from this company.

If I can give zero stars for customer service I would. Again as others have written, I placed my order without knowing that you have to UNCHECK a box if you do not want a subscription rather than checking a box if you do. I've ordered many things on line from many companies and have only had to check a box if I did want to subscribe to said product. I have been going around with many emails trying to resolve the matter and return the unopened product and I keep being told that they cannot locate the order that matches my zip code and email address. Even if the product works I will not be using more of them. Scam is an understatement.
