Bnt CaseReviews of getcasely.com

Best phone case I’ve ever purchased. Get compliments on the pattern all the time. Have dropped my phone probably a dozen times including down concrete steps at a basketball stadium and not a scratch. High value vs in-store brands like otter

Casely’s quality has gone way downhill, the last case and holder ring I bought lasted me a good 3 years, but the most recent time the ring literally snapped within a month. Also, new case was significantly flimsier and cheaper feeling. Overall just disappointed considering the quality of my last case. Still decently protects the phone but that’s about the only good thing I’ll say.

I bought three power pods for myself and my parents. Within days of using their products, TWO of our phones got so hot that the MagSafe charging ability is totally fried on them. I reached out for a refund, and even their customer service support is terrible. Because I purchased them during a sale, they will not refund me. I’m now over $100 out AND I have two broken iPhones. Buyers beware.

Bad experience with the company, from the beginning my case was having issues with the side button and overheating my phone but it was final sale so I just dealt with it. Now the corner is chipping off and so I messaged them about warranty, which I was passed by like 5 weeks and they offered to do nothing but give me a coupon for another product- completely distasteful.

Casely won’t refund your order if you are unhappy. iPhone 15 cases don’t have a button for the action button. Make sure you really love what you are ordering because they only do exchanges. Horrible experience!

Rubbish website, I signed up for by one get one free, code added successfully. Went to pay and was told discount code was not usable on in-stock items... Makes no sense won't bother again

I now understand why they’re called a dishonest business. They truly do hide and won’t publish all their honest reviews. If it’s anything less than 4 stars they won’t publish it. I’m appalled by this, truly. I gave a simple 3 star review because the case was alright, just not as great as they described it to be. I simply stated exactly that, that it wasn’t great but okay and a few changes could’ve been made or added. I’ve written the review multiple times and it doesn’t publish on their site. That’s not a great business. I will now tell and show everyone I know this so they know what they’re getting into. They can’t handle honest feedback, it’s a shame.

Refused to fix an order placed less than 24 hrs. Horrendous customer service!!! Will not buy from again!!! My first experience is a bad one! SMH!!!!
