I bought a case for my iPad Pro and gave them the exact size I needed and spent $50. The sent the wrong size and I kept emailing them photos and information and asking for a return mailing slip so I could exchange for correct size . 5 attempts with customer service and no satisfaction!!!!! Angry and disappointed.

Similar to other one star reviews shared here, my case appears to be lost in the mail. I ordered two weeks ago, and the USPS tracking still registers "Awaiting Item." Casely is unwilling to offer a reshipment or a refund. The shipping and fulfillment times listed in their policies and confirmation emails are not accurate.

Ordered $381.60 in phone cases on April 24, 2026 (order #4870138). The order was split into two packages, both marked delivered by USPS to my apartment building, one to a "front door/porch" on May 1 and one to a "mailbox" on May 5. Neither matches how packages are actually delivered to my unit. I never received either one. May 28: First contacted Casely. Spoke with Sadika, who confirmed my address and asked me to check with neighbors and around the building. I did. Nothing. June 7: Followed up confirming the address was correct and requested a refund. June 8: Nicole responded saying the ticket had been "escalated to the Fraud department." June 9: Nicole said Casely had filed USPS claims for both packages and would not offer any refund or reshipment until USPS finished their investigation. June 16: Nicole emailed that both USPS claims were denied because the scans say delivered. Casely then refused any refund or reshipment and suggested I check with household members or file a police report. That is not a resolution. The merchant is responsible for goods until they actually reach the customer. Filing a USPS claim that anyone in e-commerce knows will come back denied, then using that denial as cover to keep the money, is not a policy. It is a way to walk away with $381.60 for product that was never received. I reported non-delivery in good faith, within Casely's own stated window, and followed every step they asked me to. I am out the full amount with nothing to show for it. If a package goes missing with Casely, even at a multi-unit address where the delivery scan is obviously questionable, their plan is a doomed USPS claim and then silence. Filing a chargeback through my card issuer.

I purchased two batteries and they worked great for a while. They then started to have issues where they would get too hot and then the battery was starting to “expand”. I disposed of the battery and went on with life. Then I see there has been a recall. Even though Casley has my record of buying the product I am ineligible for the recall refund bc I no longer have the battery. Why would I keep a defective battery product in my home? Make it make sense. Would not purchase from again. Cases have been good but this is ridiculous.

Still haven’t received one of cases my family ordered as part of the buy one get one free offer. The help email is repetitive and says they have to wait another 5 days before they will do anything. When I wrote a review on their website, they told me to contact their help email and didn’t post my review. They are hiding their very frustrating shipping system from customers. Buyer beware!

I did order 2 iphone 17 cases from casely which is no where to be found. Tracking is stuck since jan 14th saying package acceptance is still pending it supposed to be delivered in 3-5 business days. Today is the 10th business day i did checked my USPS box no package from casely. As per the customer service package is not lost sometimes in busy days usps don’t scan there packages might be they forgot to scan. No helpful details by customer service as well as no replacement no refund. Like hello casely pay attention. I do get packages from usps most of the time they do get delivered on time. Why only usps is having issues with casely packages.

Was promised “fast shipping” on my order, going on 8 days now and it looks like it’ll be another 3 before it arrives. If you can wait 10+ days they might be a good option, but if you want it sooner go elsewhere. Contacted support about my order and they were not helpful at all, citing potential delays on shipping due to the holidays. I get it, but the made no mention of potential delays when I ordered, in fact it was the opposite and I was promised “fast shipping” to deceive me to order. Not satisfied with support and not happy I’ll have to wait almost two weeks for a phone case

Their cases may be good but their customer service needs improvement. My cases were lost-according to the isps updates-only after multiple emails/calls, I received an email with a bunch of blah blah blah stating it wasn’t lost…and in the same sentence they said there were multiple orders sent on that date that hadn’t been updated. They then asked me to wait another 5 days…oh and gave me a 35% off a new purchase.
