Bought 2 cases for a phone I was going to buy hoping to get the cases before the phone so I wouldn't have to wait to use my phone or use it unprotected. My husband ordered a case from a different vendor 2 days after me, chose non-expedited shipping, and got his case in 2 days. My first case took 8 days even though it only came a distance of ~120 miles. The USPS tracking on the second case said "awaiting item" for 8 days. I contacted support 3 times and was only told to wait to see if the status changes. I still don't have it. It finally changed status this morning and will be at least another 4 days to arrive to me. When the status finally changed, I did get another email from support, and this time it had an explanation. They offered me a discount on a future purchase, but that doesn't make up for the poor delivery experience.

The package took 2 weeks to arrive (I live < 300 miles from their HQ). The cases are NOT worth $50. If you want something stylish, sure, go for it. If you want something that will protect your device (laptop, phone, etc), would suggest you seek more reliable products like incase, Speck, etc. Our macbook air 'case' was not substantive at all (re: very flimsy), and did not have 'clean' corners on the bottom piece...meaning, it did not provide a $50 expected fit. I have a 2nd laptop (same as the case we purchased for, macbook air) and have had the same cover for 3-4yrs. I've little confidence this Casely case will have the same endurance.

Waited for a month for a case to be restocked just to spend $40 on it and be sent what seemed to be a recalled or test case. Within a week it was already breaking and the color was fading and it was obvious the color was like painted on and not the whole case. I had to file for a new one and which I still had to pay $5 for which is insane. I’ve been buying from casely since I had my iPhone X. It’s just a huge disappointment and now I’m no longer going to buy from this company because I don’t want to go through what I did. I also tried posting reviews on their website but they kept taking them down. I wish I had the pictures of the case because it’s insane they let those go out.

Don’t count on your case getting to you between 2-5 days as it says on their site. I’m at 14 days with no case delivered yet. While I understand that weather can affect delivery times, none of my other mail or packages have been delayed, and they use USPS to ship. I contacted customer service and they gave me $15 off my next order… I won’t be ordering from them again, so they obviously don’t care about customer satisfaction.

They have super cute cases but wish they were fingerprint and scratch proof. Every case I've gotten already had fingerprints/some scratches on it. I haven't purchased from them much, I just got 2 new cases and again they're cute but didn't like the scratches or fingerprints all over. Hope they're durable too. We will see.

Case showed up with super glue finger prints all over it, with back coming off. Very bad quality, I'm guessing there is no inspection of these things before they ship.

Original order was for a case & matching charging power pod. They sent the incorrect case. I reached out via email, and based on photos I sent, they said the incorrect product was in the packaging and they’d send the correct case. They said to keep the incorrect case. All seemed fine - mistakes happen. Then the replacement arrived AND IT WAS THE SAME INCORRECT CASE. I emailed and asked them to send the correct one and said I’d happily send both incorrect cases back if they’d send a prepaid mailing label. They said I could choose a different case…I asked about a different case, and then they said I had to do a return. I had already tried to do a return and got an “order not found” message. I’ve just paid over $25 for a headache involving over 15 emails and no resolutions. I should have known better. So scammy.

I got my charger pod and case on my birthday, in February, I’ve used the pod couple of times. Then I stopped the pod for awhile. I’ve started using it Saturday, April 1st, And I was using it and I saw like burned spots. Around the back and the magnet also the button and around the sides of the pod and case. Idk if it’s a burn spot or if something orange brownish got on it.
