Price and product are great but my order was delayed multiple times. Leading to an extra 4 day wait. Tracking information was never correct either. I would likely order again but cautiously.

The case fits great. I ordered two for the price of one! Great deal....that made them less than $16 each. Another note is the case is hard and slippery. We will see how that goes. But I trusted the 2-5 days business day delivery. I am 2 hours from Indianapolis, Indiana (where they say all deliveries come from). Somehow the cases were shipped through Dallas, Texas then to Indy, then to Louisville. The cases were a gift for my daughter who was in town and unfortunately, they will now have to be delivered to her city. I guess I am just one of the few who delivery was longer than normal. I would order again from them...remembering they use the USPS for delivery. AND of course, you cannot trust the USPS with on-time deliveries.

The design choices are great. The charging case charges my phone well. Had a couple hiccups with their original charge case design. It was poor. They changed the design completely so I decided to give them another try. I asked for a discount I had missed by a short time to make up for the fact I had to buy two of their products to have one usable product. They refused, saying they could no longer offer that discount or one like it. When I went to check out one of my shopping aggregates automatically applied that same 50% discount using an interesting code. So the discount was available, but they were refusing it to me personally. Because of the shopping connection I was able to get the 50% off. But how much better would this story sound to you if they had offered the code to me initially, as a matter of good will, rather than me getting it accidentally after being told they could not possibly offer that discount? It feels like they do not care about customer good will. Only buy from them when you can get 50% off, and you get a good deal.

I like the case in general and the customer support of the company but I have had to return my battery charge case 3 times because it fails within the first month. I can charge it on its own but it fails when I try to plug it in with the phone inside. It just won’t charge. I have to take the phone out of the case and charge them separately. This drives me bonkers because I am in my car all day and need to charge both between appointments. These are cheap and made in china. I used to use mophies which I loved and they always worked but they dont make them for the iphone 12 and up. I used to buy cheap charging cases off amazon and the same thing happened. I was hoping Casely was different but its the same product from china. They are great cases for protection but not charging which is what I am really looking for.

I really love the Power2.0 case. When it’s charged, it lasts a long time which I really like because my battery is pretty old. The problem is the charging port. None of the charging cords I have fit properly. Apple brand, Amazon, cheap brand in between, they all are not snug in the case and any little movement the cord falls out. My phone hasn’t charged many times because the cord falls out and I don’t realize it. I get that’s operator error, but for $75 I’d prefer to have the port fit any charging cord properly. Other than that I really love the case. Options are cute and having a charging case is great, when it’s actually charged.

They definitely filter out negative reviews because i posted mine 1-2 months ago and it is nowhere to be found. My case has good protection, but the finish/paint is so poorly done. It's full of scratches and chips on the back of the case. I've never had a case get so beat up before. Just beware that they might not show all their negative reviews. If all you care about is protection, then it's a fine case.
