I ordered a battery case from CASELY at the end of 2019 for an iPhone. The case no longer holds a charge. It’ll be fully charged in the morning and completely empty before 11:00AM. Additionally, the charging port on the case was not built solidly and is now loose. More often than not, the case does not charge when plugged in, and for some reason, will NEVER charge while holding the actual phone (neither phone nor case will charge when connected). Lastly, since the clasping mechanism is magnetic, it renders the phone’s compass and directional orientation completely useless. Extremely disappointed overall with CASELY and this product.

Be careful, they filter to where you can't see bad reviews. I left a one star (with valid reasoning as my screen protector had no adhesion) and it immediately disappeared. I noticed after that that there were no one or two star reviews out of thousands. There is always going to be people complaining even on the best of products, so to have none showing makes me realize they're lying about their products. Glad I didn't waste money on their cases too :/

I’d ordered a new case for my iPhone 11 and I have been very happy with it. I got the Here Comes the Sun | Colorblock Sunset BOLD case. It is one solid piece and is very similar to other brands one piece cases but more rigid. It’s a little slick but not terribly. The shipping was prompt, and only took a couple days via USPS. I had no issues with the company and so far no issues with the product. It’s about 75% white and still looks brand new.
