Bnt CaseReviews of getcasely.com

I absolutely LOVE these phone cases. The designs are adorable and the shipping is quick. I ordered one from the Van Gogh collection and one from the new Crayola collection. Amazing quality and vivid colors. Will definitely purchase from here in the future!

Cannot hear from anyone Case will not charge

The design choices are great. The charging case charges my phone well. Had a couple hiccups with their original charge case design. It was poor. They changed the design completely so I decided to give them another try. I asked for a discount I had missed by a short time to make up for the fact I had to buy two of their products to have one usable product. They refused, saying they could no longer offer that discount or one like it. When I went to check out one of my shopping aggregates automatically applied that same 50% discount using an interesting code. So the discount was available, but they were refusing it to me personally. Because of the shopping connection I was able to get the 50% off. But how much better would this story sound to you if they had offered the code to me initially, as a matter of good will, rather than me getting it accidentally after being told they could not possibly offer that discount? It feels like they do not care about customer good will. Only buy from them when you can get 50% off, and you get a good deal.

First of all I’d like to say their customer service is OUTSTANDING and thank you for all your help regarding my order 🥺 fast shipping to uk! Only took around 10 days. Cases are stunning 😍 I have the tie dye purple and smiley case. I’ve already got more in my basket 🙈
