Yes I was skeptical so recently bought…
Yes I was skeptical so recently bought the smaller set. FINALLY used the largest skillet last night and LOVE it! Yes it's a little heavy but the 2nd handle is definitely a help! Fried up onions, 1.5# ground beef & 1/2 head of shredded cabbage, everything fit, cooked up perfectly & clean up was a breeze! Happy so far with this investment.

NOT a non-stick pan
Expected to be able not to have the food to stick to the pan. Guess is not really the best product as advertised. Sad that we can trust and companies like yours let us down. So difficult to find honesty on online companies. Very rare we get the product and service that we deserve.

A nice looking addition to our cookware…
A nice looking addition to our cookware however we are not happy that most foods we have cooked in it have stuck to the pan as soon as we have placed them into it . We’ve tried less heat, more heat , less oil , more oil but still the food sticks especially bacon eggs and Steaks . However the pan cleans up well after a few minutes soaking. If it wasn’t for food sticking I would have given 5/5

Everything sticks
Fry pan cooks nicely but everything sticks even with oil & butter. It does come clean but with heavy scrubbing.

With titanium cookware, performance is very dependent on correct preheating and maintaining a stable low-to-medium heat. If the pan isn’t fully preheated before adding food, or if the heat is too high, it can cause sticking even when fats are used. Love this pan
Love this pan, you think it would be hard to clean but it’s not. I want to get more sizes sometime.

Very pleased
As a retired Home Economics teacher, I’ve used many different types of cookware over the years. I am very pleased with titanium as opposed to ceramic, aluminum, and even stainless steel. If you use low temperatures and a tiny bit of oil, the nonstick feature works very well. Most importantly, it’s cooking safely and in a healthier way. I’m a fan and will be adding to my collection.

Looked good well made however does not…
Looked good well made however does not work well on induction hob as bottom not uniformly flat so has hot spots so Easton burn food

I found this pan great to cook with
I found this pan great to cook with - well I've only tried frying so far. If you don't use high temperatures, which you might have done with coated pans, food turns out fine. I found that meat can leave residue but the pan is easily cleaned by reheating with a little water and wiping with kitchen towel when cool.
