The pans seem fine so far but more of the frustration has come with trying to get the promised Cooking ebooks. Customer service returns emails and says it will solve problem but it never happens. I hope the pans live up to their claims but the customer service help implies this will not happen.

The quality of the product seems good but the non-stick claims are clearly false. Lower heat still results in cooked food sticking and the resultant cleaning is difficult. No instructions were sent with the pan. Should the surface be prepared in some way prior to use? No advice received regarding recommended cooking temperatures.

Took three weeks to deliver fist consignment was returned to sender by the shipper. Written guarantee card missing just a comment on a email supposed to suffice? No free gifts, no cookbooks. Yet to see how pan is when cooking, if I have any further problems wil be looking for my money back. Suggest anyone considering buying from these people reed reviews, mixed but too many complaints?

Very disappointed with the pan. Food sticks. Pan is discoloured. Hard to clean. Waste of money.

I was looking forward to the arrival of my pans. First use and the food stuck! Thought it was my fault so used less heat next day and once again food stuck. Tried the other pan with same results. Contacted seller and was sent care instructions! Still waiting for confirmation of refund!!

The cooking surface on both pans after 2 uses have splotches where the shine/coating is gone and they are very hard to clean.

Not great quality. The glass lid has a steel ring around it which was bent and cheap looking. The lid needs assembly and overall doesn’t feel like a quality item. The pot itself is ok nothing as good as the recent wok I bought from Titancore which is excellent. Delivery to the UK is extremely slow so be patient.
