I have not yet mastered the technique of frying eggs in either of my new Titancore frying pans. I don't know if it is a heat issue (I have been using a low setting on my gas range) or a timing issue (not preheating long enough or trying to turn the eggs to soon). I hope to figure this out soon, because I really like the Titancore pans for making sauces and frying meat. Also, it cleans up very nicely.

If the recommended heating directions are followed this item works as advertised. Am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it. Only problem is handle screws come loose on occasion. Keep up the good work

Good product overall…not as “ non-stick “ as advertised..but then again..a lot less then other pans

Didn't receive any indication for a suppose ebook of recipe and the red seal for my top is scrap. The pan looks like it was suppose to.

A nice looking addition to our cookware however we are not happy that most foods we have cooked in it have stuck to the pan as soon as we have placed them into it . We’ve tried less heat, more heat , less oil , more oil but still the food sticks especially bacon eggs and Steaks . However the pan cleans up well after a few minutes soaking. If it wasn’t for food sticking I would have given 5/5

It is a great product. But I would appreciate a paper in the box to tell us the warranty, the cleaning and what not to do, to keep it clear.

The skillets came Sunday to my office. I was ill on Monday so only opened the boxes today. No instructions on how to put the skillets together; and only the Handel on the smaller skillet had a red safety grip: no safety grip on the larger skillet. But, then I guess you get what you pay for thanks to limited quality control, which is obvious. I'll try and put them together tomorrow night when I get home from work then sterilize them in the dishwasher before I cook with them this Friday. I just hope they work on my induction stove.

That’s not what we aim for, and we understand how this would be frustrating when you’re trying to get set up. The skillets are fully induction compatible, so you should have no issues using them on your stove. Regarding the safety grip, both skillets should arrive with one, so we’d be happy to look into this and arrange a replacement if one is missing. Damaged Lid replaced as promised Thank You. One of my three pans, been used three times, has stains after use, an omelette stuck and had to be scraped out the pan and it appears to heat unevenly.
