Hi, What a wonderful update — we're so pleased to hear you're enjoying your 10" pan and that it's living up to expectations! Hearing that it cleans up beautifully and is a pleasure to use truly makes our day. You are absolutely right to raise the point about customer support. A 10-day wait for a straightforward question is not good enough, and we apologize for that. Your time is valuable and you deserved a prompt response from the start. We will take your feedback on board as we continue to improve our service. It's also clear you have a wonderfully independent spirit — and we admire that greatly. We want every TitanCore customer, whatever their age or situation, to feel fully supported and confident using our products. Thank you for your patience, your honesty, and for giving TitanCore a chance. If you ever have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] — we'll make sure you're looked after promptly this time. Greetings from The TitanCore Team!

Hi, Thank you for sharing your experience and we are sorry for the rocky start to your TitanCore journey. A three-week delivery with a return-to-sender setback is genuinely frustrating and we understand how that sets a poor first impression. You are also right that a proper written guarantee card should be included with every order — an email comment simply isn't sufficient and we apologize for that oversight. Regarding the free gifts and cookbook, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will look into this for you right away. We hope that once you get cooking with your pan, the quality speaks for itself — that's where TitanCore truly shines. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please do reach out and we will honour our refund policy without hesitation. We take all reviews and feedback seriously, and comments like yours help us identify where we need to do better. We are committed to improving both our delivery process and the overall customer experience. Greetings from The TitanCore Team!

Hi, That is so great to hear — thank you for sharing this! We're thrilled that the pans have quickly become your go-to favorites. Nice weight and easy cleaning is exactly what TitanCore is all about, and we love that you appreciated the flexibility of choosing just the pans you needed rather than committing to a full set. It's also wonderful to know that checkout and shipping went smoothly — just as it should be. Enjoy your cooking! Greetings from The TitanCore Team!

Hi, Thank you for reaching out and we are truly sorry to hear about your experience — this is not what TitanCore stands for and we completely understand your frustration. The sticking issue you've described is not something our customers should ever experience, and we'd love the chance to find out what went wrong. In many cases, a brief seasoning process before first use can make a significant difference in performance — however we absolutely understand if your confidence in the product has been affected. Regarding the communication you received during your ordering process, we sincerely apologize. You deserve professionalism and clarity at every step and we fell short of that. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number and we will make resolving this our top priority — whether that means walking you through getting the best out of your pan or processing a refund as per our guarantee. We hope to turn this experience around for you. Greetings from The TitanCore Team!

Hi, Thank you for sharing something so personal — and we completely understand the skepticism, which makes your experience all the more meaningful. PSA levels are something many men monitor closely, and we're genuinely glad to hear yours have moved in a positive direction. We'd always encourage you to continue working with your doctor and keeping up with regular monitoring, but it's encouraging to hear that eliminating potential chemical exposure from your cookware may have played a role. Sometimes the simplest changes can make a quiet but real difference, and we're proud that TitanCore could be part of your story. Here's to continued good health! Greetings from The TitanCore Team!
