A very poor quality product
A very poor quality product Buckles when placed on hotplate, the noise they make is fighting, then the gaslighting is incredible as the help try to explain that it is part of the design. Don't waste your money... As you can see they offered replacement or refund and all I recieved was more gaslighting on how to use the pans, that don't make sense, having owned Butcher shops and teaching people how to cook steak their process is just a gaslight so they don't have to do a refund Now the 3rd of April, pans have been returned to Portugal not being collected (in customs) since 16th of March. this ploy is often done by companies so they don't have to pay for the returns.

Good pan, packaging could be improved as pan slightly damaged
So far the pan appears to be working well and, while there's probably a learning curve, the non-stick quality is pretty good. Unfortunately the pan arrived slightly damaged with a couple of scratches in the surface around the sides likely caused by shipping the handle inside the pan but it not being packaged properly (I could hear it rattling before it was unpacked). For a premium priced pan, this was quite disappointing.

I was looking forward to the arrival of…
I was looking forward to the arrival of my pans. First use and the food stuck! Thought it was my fault so used less heat next day and once again food stuck. Tried the other pan with same results. Contacted seller and was sent care instructions! Still waiting for confirmation of refund!!

I ordered my product on January 19
I ordered my product on January 19, 2026. Today is February 10 and I have not received my product yet and I am very disappointed in the delivery system. I’ve been waiting over three weeks. Do better!

Two weeks and still shipping
I placed my order on 1/27/2026 and haven’t yet received it as of 02/10/1026. The tracking info says it’s coming from China although that wasn’t mentioned on the sales page. I would have liked to know this up front to make an informed purchasing decision. As for the pan itself, I’ll know when it actually arrives and I can use it. In addition to clearly displaying where the item ships from, you should review order shipping status before asking for a review.

I gave a pan to my partner as a gift
I gave a pan to my partner as a gift. Since then he has raved about the way it conducts heat uniformly, how it quickly browns and sears meat evenly and how easily it cleans. Suffice to say the pan has been a great hit and hints are being dropped about expanding the collection to include a smaller pan and wok …
