Thanks for the review, Akintunde. It sounds like our CSM has been working with you via email to try and find a resolution here but is no longer getting a response from you. We understand it can be frustrating to forget about a subscription until after a new order is processed, which is why we encourage all our customers to take advantage of our easy and flexible account management controls. Not ready to move forward with a full order as your trial period comes to a close? No problem, just log in and delay the order or reach out to our support team if you have any questions we can help address. We give plenty of notice about our subscriptions, and over the course of a 30-day trial period, no action was taken to cancel or otherwise manage your subscription. Likewise, our support team was never contacted for assistance until after your first 90-day subscription order had already processed and shipped. Don't hesitate to get back to our CSM if there's anything else we can help with.

Hi Tomi. I believe our customer success lead has been corresponding with you directly and shared all the ways in which we communicate subscription details with customers. We're very upfront in making sure everyone knows what they're getting into with the subscription both before and after purchase. Unfortunately the dispute you chose to file before setting up a return with us continues to impede our ability to issue you a refund on your last order. These typically prolong the return of funds and prevent us from achieving a timely resolution. Our team has done everything it can to get you taken care of but is sidelined here until that dispute shows as withdrawn. We'll stay in touch via the email thread we have with you to ensure this gets concluded.

Thanks for your review, Nicolas. I believe our customer success lead reached out to you separately to address your concerns. To reiterate, we are 100% upfront about our subscriptions prior to and after purchase. We include this information first during our diagnostic, where we communicate that A) a subscription is being generated for recurring purchases and B) just how much each subsequent subscription order will cost after your 30-day trial period wraps up. You also received an upcoming order email ahead of your first 90-day order with us in April, at which point you did not cancel your subscription. We received no indication from you in the three months since that you were interested in canceling, nor was any action taken to update your order date or cancel the subscription from within your account, until after your second 90-day order with us processed this month. At that time, our support team was happy to get you taken care of and manually canceled your subscription with us internally. Let us know if you have any additional questions on all this and we'd be happy to help.

It looks like our CS team was able to assist you earlier today and confirmed that your subscription with us was not cancelled prior to your latest order's processing. We send out a confirmation email when a subscription is cancelled. It also looks like you were sent an upcoming order email prior to the order's processing and didn't cancel the subscription at that time either, or reach out to our support team for assistance. Now that your subscription with us has been cancelled, you'll receive a separate cancellation confirmation email.
