Great product, friendly service, good prices. Shipping speed REALLY needs some work but that is not going to deduct from my overall excellent experience with the product.

Subscription feels like a scam
Useless customer service. Similar policies to running a scam. Force you to subscribe when you just want a trial. Charge you around midnight for your next order with no warning. I told them to cancel the order at 4:45am they got back to me at 9:45am telling me it was too late to cancel because they ship so fast. Btw the trial took weeks to ship. I also got an email early on saying I'd get a free product with my next order. I never wanted that order to go through, but there was no free product included or mentioned. Even if you like this stuff you should ask for a discount, they'll give you 30% off for life (so they say), but even at that price it's overpriced. They claim their auto subscription, and not cluttering your email with double checking you'd like to be charged $125, and shipping so fast they "can't" cancel, and no return policy are no hassle, good things. I recommend you avoid. They tell you the active ingredients on the bottle. Just go get similar products that are probably cheaper anyway.

We offer our products either on a recurring basis through membership or as a one-time purchase, so customers never have to purchase on a subscription if they don't want to. Additionally, if any purchase is for a subscription that entails recurring orders, we communicate that information transparently in a few different places before, during and after purchase. And to be 100% clear, recurring orders are not set up for a customer unless they give explicit consent to receive them during checkout by manually marking a consent box.
We are clear about our order cancellation and returns policies, too, with that information communicated during our skin type diagnostic, in our order confirmation email and accessible on our FAQ pages at any time. To keep our commitment to quality and uphold product safety requirements, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns of products after they've left our warehouse, but subscription preferences can always be updated from the account page in between orders if any changes need to be made prior to an order processing. Our support team is also always happy to help with any changes from our side.

I’m so impressed!
So pleased I’ve already referred 5 friends, and let me say, I’m no novice when it comes to skincare, I’ve been trying and using dozens of skin care products for decades and this line really surprised me! Good product overcharged and bad shipping tim
Products are not bad but. I got a subscription with them but they decided to charge me 6,000$ dollars for a oder I never made. I did get my money back in time so thank you for that .Also there shipping time was horrendous. So dont know wat there doing over there I see a lot of people complaining abaute same thing overcharge and shipping time . So they have to get that part right because products are good.

Happy customer since 2020!
I’ve been a subscriber and user of Geologie products since mid-2020! The products and customer service are top notch. I can’t say enough about how easy to use the products are but how solid they are as well! Prior to 2020, I struggled with occasional dry spots and sensitivity but I’ve never had a problem with my skin since using Geologie. The new serum and the exfoliant/mask are awesome additions to the routine! I’m hopeful that these will also help to minimize pores (have always been insecure with that!).
Overall, can’t recommend enough!
