Hey Jillian! Thanks for your review, and sorry to hear that you're going through a transition period with your trial. It looks like our customer success lead has been working with you to share more info on what all goes on during the first few weeks of using a new skincare routine and will continue to work with you on that. Some adverse reactions, like small breakouts or dryness, can occur when starting a new regimen because your skin is now being exposed to new, active stimuli from the ingredients. The good news: this passes. There are a number of reasons why we offer 30-day trials, but one of them is because 3-4 weeks is really the minimum amount of time needed to adjust to a new regimen. We have a few blog posts on our site that outline what exactly goes on scientifically during these first weeks of usage, along with what you can expect and do to make it over the hump. Our success team of skincare specialists is happy to continue working with you to ensure you get back on track. We also communicate subscription details transparently before, during and after purchase of any 30-day trial set that brings recurring orders with it. A membership is in fact not initiated for any customer who does not give explicit consent to receive ongoing orders from us at checkout by manually marking a terms box to complete the purchase. Customers are also always in control of subscription preferences and can make any changes they might need from the account page in between orders or reach out to our support team if we can assist with anything along the way. Hey Venus. Thanks for your review. Our support team has been happy to assist you by providing additional details on what happened here and work towards a resolution. We stopped receiving responses from you a few days ago, however, and are still happy to ensure you're taken care of if you'd like to follow back up on our active support thread. It looks like your original trial order from mid-January was returned to us due to an insufficient address issue, so your first full-size order processed as normal to the same address at the end of February. Our team communicated this and also happily offered to put replacements together for you upon address confirmation, but again, we unfortunately stopped receiving responses from you. We're more than happy to get you taken care of on our support thread, Venus, if you wouldn't mind following up there to confirm shipping address with us again.
