I’ve been using Geologie for about 3 months now and I could NOT be happier. My skin has truly never looked better or felt softer. This being my first time using retinol, it took a bit to get used to it. But I am now OBSESSED! They provide all the steps you need for the skincare routine of your dreams. Do NOT sleep on their full skincare routine.

You're definitely right about retinol, in that it can take some getting used to at first and bring with it a little bit of a transition period that might include some minor irritation to get over. Glad you got over the hump and are on to clearer, softer skin, though! If you do want to continue making progress with reduced blemishes and signs of aging, our support team can upgrade your night cream's retinol strength at no additional cost. I really like the ungendered approach of this brand, as well as the customizing assistance provided to pick your best skin care. One star was removed because the shipping of my first purchase was wonky but looks like they have taken the feedback and will be using a new service for my next order. I love the eye cream it works wonders! The only eye cream I have found that works! I been wanting to try other products by geologie just wish they were more affordable but other than that I have no problems

***AVOID THIS COMPANY*** My first order was delayed by 2-weeks when it was lost in shipping. Customer service is generally kind, but unhelpful. After seeing how their customer service operates, I canceled my subscription. The company still decided to charge me $160 and send more products. Those arrived in a thin, white bubble-wrap envelope and were completely smashed and leaking. The company still expects me to pay for the return shipping, even though the errant order is their responsibility. The products are average in quality, but drastically over priced for what they are. Don’t be tricked by the slick marketing. Rather than continue to fight with their customer service, I have just opened a dispute with my credit card company. A lot of hassle for nothing. To each their own, but I would HIGHLY recommend you do not purchase anything from Geologie.

We did encounter longer than normal shipping delays following the holidays that we've since been able to address with upgraded shipping services and technologies that allow us to better monitor and identify trending shipping issues. Additionally, we've developed ongoing internal processes to utilize these technologies on a daily basis to ensure logistics and operations are running smoothly, even beyond periods of typically high volume like the holidays. Sorry to hear that your order was impacted, and we'll look forward to you receiving future orders much more quickly. We also do not charge customers for recurring orders if their associated subscription is canceled. It's possible that you did not complete subscription cancellation via the account page, as a confirmation email would have been received afterwards upon completion and a subsequent order would not have processed. Our team is also always happy to replace any items that arrive damaged. We do not accept returns of orders, so not quite sure what your reference to paying return shipping is in regard to. Keep us posted if you're able to provide those additional customer details so we can ensure our team has gotten you taken care of by now, Ben!
