I have used Geologie for a few years now. The products are very high quality, and the delivery is usually seamless. My skincare routine has certainly evened out the tone of my skin and reduced scarring. The one time the delivery was not seamless, I received excellent customer support. I can’t recommend Geologie enough!

Good product that works as it should

I recently purchased Geologie’s co-wash. It’s a wonderful product and works so well and so easily. I will definitely purchase it again. In addition, I had a little challenge with my order, and they were so eager and happy to help promptly when I reached out! I couldn’t be happier. Very grateful for their service and products :)

Charged me with an unauthorized transaction and proceeded to deny any chance of refund. I am currently disputing it with paypal, because their customer service is completely useless. UPDATE: my replies to the clueless employee paid to spew this nonsense Hey Alex, thanks for your review here. It sounds like our support team has already ensured you're taken care of. ----- what does that have to do with my awful experience you caused? You scrambled to accept my refund ONLY AFTER I got paypal involved. If I hadn't you would have stolen my money happily. Our records show that you accepted an order discount during a previous cancellation attempt and maintained your subscription with us so that it could be applied to your next regularly scheduled order. No additional action was taken to make changes to the membership after that discount was applied and the order processed, so your latest order was placed as normal. ---- They're now blaming customers for mistakes caused by their absolute trash user interface. You intentionally make cancelling obtuse and difficult. I absolutely cancelled on the date they claim I kept the subscription. This issue is on you and the fact you're now pointing fingers at me is pathetic. Don't hesitate to follow up on the active thread you have with our CSM if there's anything else we can help with! ----- This "thread" has consisted of nothing helpful or pleasant to deal with. This company exclusively conducts customer relations over email. Why? Because they are trash and you should steer clear. They couldn't even accept criticism and instead whined back with a misleading and untruthful reply. As if I didn't dislike you already.

Newest Update - products received 3/17 and I hopped in the shower to test out the strengthening shampoo and conditioner and jasmine clover body wash. Shampoo was lovely - it felt great and produced lovely fine soft suds. Probably used too much but will modify amount in future washes. It rinsed out well and left my hair feeling soft already. Conditioner was also really nice - felt great going on and rinsed off nicely. I styled with my usual products and it is air drying nicely. Body wash was excellent - was mild with a light fragrance. Bottle was nice with excellent delivery system. Going to try the Co-Wash next - which is the product I originally as a substitute for New Wash (which I am currently using). Will update this review when I try it but so far, I am very pleased! I think I might have found my new favorite system. Original Review (2 stars): I placed an order in January, and as part of the deal, had to sign up for a subscription. Over a month later, I got a notification that my items would ship soon. Two months later, and I am still waiting for an order that appears will not come. My subscription was about to renew (so I would be charged for another package before the first one even arrives), so I canceled my subscription (which was hard to do) and emailed the company to complain. After my review, they were ALL OVER IT. I got a notification that I would receive a refund and have since been refunded. They also offered to send the original products free of charge, which is very nice. I was dubious they would arrive but they did within a week - and they added extra products so I am going to try them all and will add to the review as I test each product. Definitely above and beyond customer service.

Even though one of the customer service members gave me a hard time, another member came in and helped me completely. Great company with greater customer service.

Geologie has the best services Ordering process is very simple Delivery time, just a few days The Products work like magic. I am loving it. ❤️
