I had an order that was paid for earlier than expected and at an inopportune time. Stefan explained that they couldn't cancel it but was able to offer a discount on future orders and a once-off partial refund to help me along. 10/10 customer service experience.

Overall, a good start. No adverse effects so far on any of the creams. Like the cleanser with the salicylic acid, F+E cream and moisturizers do make my skin feel brighter and softer. I’ve only been using a few weeks so far. Eye cream, the jury is still out if it’s making a big difference. It’s packaged well and easy to manage my shipments. I’ve not done a deep comparison of other brands but honestly, I don’t have the time anyways. Hopefully I can give a more thorough review in a few months. I like it so far and its worth a try.

Quick delivery of the sample kit. I gave it some actual time trying the products before leaving a review and was very impressed. Brought the eye cream to Italy with me where I was getting little sleep and felt like it made a big difference. Two thumbs up ;)

Since I first ordered a sample Kit and had a question, the team at Geologie has been probably the most attentive and helpful of ANY eComm site I’ve ever shopped with. I mean incredibly communicative. Like I’ve never gotten this much help from Most in person shopping experiences really. (With a few exceptions, of course) The product is great and speaks for itself if you give it a shot. I am transitioning away from some products I have used for years from Kiehl’s-like the Ultra Facial cleanser. I’m switching to this cleanser now, bc of the salicylic component. And I love the smell! I’m dying to try 2 products that are sold out too! So far the morning and night creams streamline my process, removing the need for an additional serum. Not 100.% sold on the eye cream yet but I’ll give it a go a bit longer and see. Great job Geologie-thanks for making my a bit easier!

Not only are the products I ordered on trial fantastic in their efficacy, but they smell great and feel perfect as well. On top of that, I don’t need to use nearly as much as I thought I would, so it last a long time. Customer service is among the best I’ve ever experienced. They were fast, responsive, and attended to my every concern without hesitation or shame (I had delivery issues and they just resent it after asking a few questions). Truly a company that cares about its customers!
