I have had a really positive experience with Geologie! I enjoy the toning moisturizer with sunscreen as I feel it evens out my skin tone and doesn’t have a white cast sunscreen usually provides. I’m excited to continue trying out the other products! Would definitely recommend giving it a try for your skin! Additionally, Andy from customer service was incredibly helpful and assisted me a with my products and subscription in a time of need.

Amazing costumer service. Was speaking with Andy. Package was taken from my door step, without knowing It had been delivered. Had emailed costumer service right away. And has been handled in 2days. Product has been treating me well. Have been a costumer for about a year now and will continue to be one. Happy customer!!

I've tried a handful of face products over the years. They ended up all being either too harsh, or too weak, and made my face either extremely oily, or only cause more acne. I decided to give this brand a try when I discovered their spf moisturizer. I purchased that along with the retinol and have used both everyday since. My face feels and looks healthier, has even color throughout, and no noticable acne. I love how it feels like there is nothing on your face after application, and enjoy knowing the ingredients within the product aren't harmful or harsh. Highly recommend you paying a few bucks extra and going with this brand. Highly worth it.

Something about this company’s skincare routine does wonders that no other skincare products I’ve tried have even come close to. I really struggle with cystic acne so I also use prescription medication on top of my custom routine, and using them together doesn’t irritate my skin!! My skin is very sensitive so this is a huge plus!

They offer a free subscription just pay for shipping, but they don’t tell you that you are stuck for 21 days until the subscription expires. Then they charge you over a hundred dollars. I wanted to cancel, but they tried to charge me $49. What a scam to be held hostage for 21 days, if product sucks you should not have to be stuck for 21 days. Never again.

Hey Jessica. Thanks for your review. Our customer success manager actually lent a hand with this early last week, so we were a little bummed to see you still felt negatively about your experience. Our heavily discounted and personalized trial orders do come with a minimum 21-day trial period. Customers can cancel at any time, but if they choose to cancel before this minimum trial period, they will have to pay full price for the set. The trial period is a full four weeks, so you're welcome to cancel within that final week window at no penalty. Customers can also reschedule their next order date if they need a little extra time with their trial set to make a decision. Our team communicates these policies at several points along the purchasing journey, including on our diagnostic results page after completion of our skin type quiz, again on our checkout page, as well as in the trial order confirmation email customers receive post-purchase. Also, when attempting to cancel a subscription early, customers are presented with a multi-modal window that requests full and explicit confirmation from the customer to cancel early and consent to paying full price for the trial before that is processed. Our CSM was happy to refund that charge for you and reinstate your membership so you could fully trial out the products before deciding whether the membership was right for you. Please don't hesitate to follow up on the email thread you had with our CSM if there's anything else we can help with, or if you have any other questions.

I’ve had better luck with Geologie products than any other on treating my sensitive skin. The prices are a little too high, but maybe that’s something they will improve with time.
