Just as promised, Geologie provides great ingredients and a great product. I did a lot of research on what actually works and these products have it. No fancy made up terms or marketing non-sense, just solid ingredients at a reasonable value.

Geologie offers no satisfaction guarantee. They do not allow returns. They do not do samples. Spent $100 on their expensive stuff to try it out and find out it gives you a rash? Tough luck. They don’t care. Oh, they’ll reply quickly to your emails. They’ll recommend other expensive things to buy instead. They’ll tell you to keep using more of the same product until the rash goes away. But want a refund? Forget it. And their logistics are like something from the 90’s. No free shipping. Takes a week before the product leaves the warehouse (they’ll claim otherwise, but I have the timestamps to prove it). Then it comes by USPS in the slowest possible mailing option. Btw, I’ve previously worked with other brands, including competitors, in this space, which is how I have the insider expertise to tell you these practices are harmful to the consumer and not industry standard. Bottom line: they claim to stand behind their products and that’s why they don’t offer refunds. That’s patently absurd. If you stand behind them, put your money where your mouth is. Stand behind them with a satisfaction guarantee. Not offering one is literally the opposite of standing behind your stuff. It betrays a fear of how many refunds you’d have to issue from unsatisfied costumers. (And don’t buy those carefully curated reviews on their website. They don’t post the negative ones.)

Really like the products. The lotions have a non greasy feeling to them. The face wash does a good job without drying your skin out. The prices are a bit steep however.
