First off you won't find better scents on products anywhere. The shampoos, conditioners, co-wash, face wash and moisturizers are all top notch. The dark circle cream is the only one I've tried that actually work.

I will go ahead and say that even though there was a misunderstanding I had the BEST costumer service, Andy explained every single detail and solved my problem right away, I will definitely be ordering again.

I LOVE that Geologie offered a sample size kit for the price of shipping so I could learn which parts of the routine work for my skin. The whole thing worked so well—my stupid reverse-puberty midlife acne went away. The only thing I won't order again is the sunscreen moisturizer. Non-mineral sunscreen has always burned some parts of my face, and that didn't magically change, BUT I didn't spend a ton of money to find that out.

I really like their products. They’re high quality and make a noticeable difference in my skin. Their customer support team is understanding and willing to work with you too.

Update: After several emails, I have received a full refund from the company + a free moisturizer for my dry skin. I really appreciate this and would like to mention that they seem to care about their customers or potential customers. I saw opinions for their products on several sites, and it seems that for some people they really work, so I will change my review from 1 to 4 ⭐️. I tried their products and they were not bad. However, my skin is very sensitive and I started getting red and itchy after every skincare routine. Also, it was very dry in the morning, forehead was starting to peel off. I tried it for 21 days, and after, I wrote customer support to cancel the subscription for the moment (showing them pictures) because I was unsure, and given the prices of the products, i wanted to research a bit more about them. After 3 days of my notice, I was charged 162.5$. I wrote back to them and asked for a cancellation of the payment as it was made the same day, and they came back saying that they have a non-refund policy. I will keep writing to them and try to sort this out. Will update if the situation changes. In the meantime, be careful with what you order and to what you subscribe. I tried products for other companies and never had this issue before!

I really liked their products and their customer service was great. The only downside is the price for me. I only ordered the trial kit because it was 90% off and I wanted to see if it was worth the price. They have great products but for me, I am not willing to pay that much.

I tried Geologie hair products and really like especially conditioner. My hair became more shiny and healthier . Highly recommended
