Could not feel more blessed to have such great helpers from Geologie regarding my concerns. They do there job amazingly well.

I was helped with account issues by Milos (Milos B) and he helped me resolve those problems exceptionally well. He was courteous, kind, and eternally helpful. He should definitely get a raise for his customer service skills. I work in this field as well and I can say he did nothing but a superb job!!

Great product set! From the face wash to both the morning and night routine and the eye care, all of this is very effective in what it does. Geologie’s customer service is also bar none!

The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the shipping was fast. Otherwise a very terrible refund policy that punishes people that follow directions and give an honest try. I started using the product following the directions closely day and night. My acne became worse. In the 3rd week of the 30 day "trial" I decided to reach out. The customer service representative said to use it every other day/night (not what the directions say) and that's why they offer the 30 day "trial" because the product takes a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks to work. I followed the Reps directions for a week and a half and the problem continued. I reached out to the Rep and he said the refund policy is for 14 days.... Really shady refund policy when they themselves admit the product takes a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks to work. If you do a trial for this and it does not seem to be working, make sure you tell them within two weeks. Do not listen to science, common sense, or directions.

The best face wash I have ever used. The instructions make everything easy and takes very little time to do in the morning and night.

They have the best customers service I have ever seen. I had a problem with my Lurche and they helped me to fix it right away . It just took like 5 minutes . Unbelievable . Just incredible

I've been dealing with so much acne, but after using Geologie, my acne vanished, and I got the results that I wanted. My face looks and feels healthier and cleaner after using Geologie, and I recommend this product to anyone looking to battle acne, wrinkles, or dark eyes.
